last friday morning I made my annual pilgrimage to pick up a flat of pansies to plant around our home in time for easter. it has been so chilly here lately it's hard to believe these delicate flowers can survive outdoors. aren't they beautiful?

Pansies are such stalwarts. And they have such cheerful faces.
They are gorgeous, I drew pansies this week. There is just something about their sweet little faces that says Spring.
I am dying to plant the morning glory seeds a friend sent me but I have been cautioned to wait til Easter.. so I am waiting .. lovely little pansies .. such sweet flowers
